
Umar Gul is a fast bowler of Pakistan who played test matches, One Day Internationals and T20 matches for Pakistan cricket team. He was the most successful bowler in ICC T20 World Cup in 2007 and 2009. In ICC T20 World Cup 2009 he took 5 wickets for just 6 runs against New Zealand and become the first bowler in the history of T20 cricket to take 5 wickets. In that particular match he completely destroyed New Zealand’s batting and New Zealand were all out for just 99 runs in 18.3 over’s. He played a decisive role in Pakistan’s victory of ICC T20 World Cup 2009 and also received a award for the best bowler of the World Cup.

He developed himself as a finisher in T20 and most of the times he proved to be deadly accurate in terms of line and length.
